If you’re an NYC CEO that’s looking to drastically improve your
effectiveness and enhance your life, look no further.
Increase your performance and productivity with a calm, clear, and happy mind.
This 8-week Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness Program is designed to give you insights, motivation, and structure through practice 15 minutes a day.
The program combines weekly video sessions with daily app-guided practices to boost your 3 core mental fitness muscles: Saboteur Inceptors, Sage, and Self-command.
Throughout Mark’s journey in leading the Positive Intelligence Training Program, he’s found several commonalities based on feedback from CEOs, including:
If any of these seem like something you need or want in your
life, this program could be perfect for you.
Within 8 weeks of mental fitness training, you’ll actually be able
to see the results in MRI imaging. That includes:
Mark Taylor is a retired CEO who has founded several successful companies. One became the 58th fastest growing company in the state (sold in 2005), and the other, a high-tech internet startup that raised $20 million.
Did you know that 80% of people score below the minimum level of mental fitness required for peak performance and happiness?
Much like your physical fitness, if you’re not in good shape, it’s difficult to climb steep hills. The same goes for mental fitness—if you have mental stress such as anxiety, frustration, or unhappiness, it’s difficult to handle work and relationship challenges.
BUT THERE’S GREAT NEWS!
Recent breakthroughs in neuroscience and technology have shown that you can now improve your mental fitness significantly within 6 weeks of practice. This will result in improved performance and productivity, and a calm, clear, and happier mind.
Positive Intelligence Quotient, or PQ, is the measure of your Mental Fitness. It’s the best predictor of how happy you are and how well you perform relative to your potential.
You can boost your Positive Intelligence Quotient significantly with practice.
Compared to PQ training, traditional training has a short-term impact for 3 reasons:
Focuses on insight rather than the muscle: For instance, gaining insights into your frustrations doesn’t automatically eliminate them. That requires your mental muscles to shift brain activation.
Treats the symptoms rather than the cause: For example, learning active listening techniques to improve empathy will only have a temporary impact if your deeply-seated Judge Saboteur is not identified and intercepted.
No common operating system: Each training you attend uses a different framework—the 7 steps of managing conflict, the 5 secrets of managing time, etc.—the frameworks compete for mind share, and all fade away.
Whether it’s learning to manage conflicts, managing time, or performing better under pressure, all personal and professional development become applications of the PQ operating system:
This simple framework can be used for a variety of applications to boost root-level mental fitness.
Research that included hundreds of CEOs, sales, operations, and technology teams, Stanford students, elite athletes, and 500,000 participants from 50 countries revealed that:
I am recognizing and stopping harmful negative thoughts more often. It has made me more calm and confident as a leader.
It has helped me to not be over concerned and react negatively when things don’t go our way (what is good or bad)? To look for what gifts can come from it.
I’m already getting grateful and admiring comments related to my improved emotional intelligence, humility, and clarity.
It allowed me to expand my perspective during COVID and lead my team with a “gift” lens rather than a “disaster” lens.
It has taught me to be more patient and understanding of other people’s issues. It gives me an insight into why they react the way they do and how I can work to accept that. it all starts with me and the way I show up.
The program has really tamped down my stress level and I am now much better at falling back to sleep at night. I have also become more empathetic at work and a much better listener.
It was the single most important experience that has significantly impacted my personal and professional life.
You’re not alone! At one of Mark’s annual retreats, CEOs were asked to anonymously write down on a card the questions and concerns they were too afraid to say out loud. Here’s what they wrote down:
If you can relate to any of the above, the Positive Intelligence Program for Leaders may be for you.
If you answered “YES” to any of these questions, then this program
may be exactly the solution you’ve been looking for.
In The first week, you learn innovative 10-second PQ Reps that boost your self-command. This enables you to run your brain, rather than being run by your Saboteur-hijacked brain. Self-command is key to intercepting unhelpful mental habits and rewiring your brain to respond more effectively. You’ll be using the app’s breakthrough PQ Charge Meter to ensure optimal brain activation before important activities.
For this entire week, you’ll intercept and weaken the most damaging Saboteur, the Judge. You discover how judging yourself, others, and circumstances is a key source of your stress and quite damaging to your performance. Most participants discover their Judge to be far more prevalent and damaging than they suspected.
This week, you intercept and weaken the top accomplice to your Judge Saboteur, identified through the Saboteur Assessment from the following: Avoider, Controller, Hyper-Achiever, Hyper-Rational, Hyper-Vigilant, Pleaser, Restless, Stickler, Victim. You’ll discover how to quickly intercept the Saboteur before it hijacks you.
After weakening your Saboteurs, this will be the week that you strengthen your Sage, the counterpart to your Saboteurs. Your Sage lives in an entirely different part of your brain, generates all your positive emotions, and achieves peak performance through a calm and clear mind. This will allow you to boost the speed of recovery from failures and setbacks.
The Sage region of the brain enables 5 primary powers. Analogous to the 3 primary colors, these 5 powers recombine to form all of the emotional intelligence competencies considered crucial to professional success. You’ll learn to know when to use each power and three techniques to activate them.
In the final week, you’ll use your Sage’s Navigate and Activate Powers to make clear-headed, laser-focused, decisive action—to act without fear or emotional distractions even in midst of great crises. You’ll discover how your Sage generates your highest performance while enjoying every step—to be “in the zone.”
In this final session, you will discover how to continue using your PQ tools for a variety of work and life applications, such as selling and persuading, conquering stress, managing conflict, and relationship mastery. At the end, you will establish support and accountability agreements to sustain your momentum.
